Our gym is stocked with both machine and free weights, and we have a wide a range of cardio equipment to help you stay in tip top condition at all times.

We offer Group Fitness year round, as well as challenges and pop up classes - follow our socials to stay up to date.

New to the gym? Our long-term memberships include a free health assessment and program to help you get started safely. While we don't offer this service with our short term memberships, you can certainly book time with a trainer to discuss your options.

Need a push? We have qualified Personal Trainers available to steer you in the right direction.

Here on holiday? Casuals are welcome here 24/7. The door is always open and you will find payment instructions at reception when the desk is unattended / after hours. We also offer a range of holiday memberships perfect for summer, school holidays and work trips.
